CRE – Customer Relations Executive

Company: Vayalat Mahindra Automobiles

Location: Maradu / Kundannoor

Working Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Attend incoming and outgoing customer calls.

Coordinate with customers regarding vehicle service and delivery.

Follow up with customers for service appointments and feedback.

Maintain customer records and update CRM details.

Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.

Conduct customer satisfaction follow-ups.

Support the sales and service teams in maintaining good customer relationships.

Requirements:

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Customer-service-oriented attitude.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Prior experience in the automobile/customer service field will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
