We are hiring Relationship Officers for Housing Loan / Mortgage Loan / MSME / LAP products.
The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in secured lending products and be comfortable with direct market sourcing, customer acquisition, documentation, and loan sourcing mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and acquire customers for Housing Loan / MSME / LAP products through direct market sourcing.
- Generate quality leads and achieve business targets.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Manage documentation and ensure timely completion of loan processes.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide assistance throughout the loan journey.
- Conduct regular customer/portfolio monitoring and loan utilization checks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes and credit guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and timely reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Required Experience
For Housing Loan / Mortgage Loan:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Housing Loan, Mortgage Loan or Secured Loan.
- Experience in Affordable Housing Loan / Affordable HL is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in direct market sourcing is required.
For MSME / LAP:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in MSME / LAP / Secured Business Loans.
- Experience in Affordable MSME / Affordable LAP is mandatory.
- Experience in direct market sourcing and understanding of MSME/LAP products is required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduation in any stream is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience with proper relieving/experience letter.
- Candidate should currently be working in the relevant product.
- Candidates with employment gaps of more than 4 months will not be considered.
- Candidates who are currently not working should be willing to join at a similar CTC.
- Age: Up to 30–32 years.
- CIBIL: Minimum/acceptable CIBIL score up to 700 as per company norms.
- Two-wheeler and valid Driving License are mandatory.
- Candidates should be from nearby locations and comfortable with field sales/direct market sourcing.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 monthly CTC, depending on experience and last CTC
