We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Solar Service Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of rooftop and ground-mounted solar power systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of solar PV systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to solar panels, inverters, wiring, and monitoring systems.
- Conduct site inspections and system performance checks.
- Attend service calls and customer complaints promptly.
- Prepare service reports and maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Coordinate with the operations team for service scheduling.
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma / Vocational Training in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in solar installation or maintenance.
- Knowledge of solar inverters, electrical systems, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work at heights and travel to project sites.
- Valid driving license preferred.
- Valuable communication and customer handling skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in rooftop solar projects.
- Understanding of net metering and solar monitoring platforms.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
