About the Role

SSID – Shruti Sodhi Interior Designs is hiring a Sales Head for its luxury furniture and interior brand, The Marquis Manor.

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven sales professional who can generate high-quality leads, drive revenue, and convert premium prospects into long-term clients. Our luxury interior design projects start from ₹5 lakh, and the ideal candidate should have experience in handling high-value clients and closing premium sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist clients visiting The Marquis Manor Experience Centre, delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience.
- Understand client requirements and recommend premium furniture, décor, and bespoke interior solutions from The Marquis Manor collection.
- Guide clients through our luxury product portfolio available at www.themarquismanor.com and help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Drive sales conversions and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers, and high-net-worth clients.
- Handle client inquiries, appointments,



and follow-ups professionally to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and assist clients throughout the complete purchasing journey.
- Coordinate with the design and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations, inventory coordination, and visual merchandising to maintain luxury retail standards.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Upsell and cross-sell luxury furniture, décor, and interior design services based on client requirements.
- Ensure the showroom consistently reflects the premium brand image and hospitality standards of The Marquis Manor.
- Generate current business through walk-ins, referrals, architects, designers, channel partners, and client relationships.
- Stay updated on the latest product collections, design trends, and offerings showcased on www.themarquismanor.com to confidently present them to clients.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
