We're now building an AI Sales Agent capable of researching prospects, qualifying leads, managing outreach, nurturing relationships, and helping businesses grow revenue. We're looking for someone who is passionate about sales, excited by AI, and eager to help build the future of selling.

About the Role

This is not a traditional sales role.

You won't spend your day making cold calls or chasing sales targets.

Instead, you'll work alongside AI engineers to build an AI Sales Agent that understands how top-performing sales professionals identify opportunities, build relationships, qualify prospects, handle objections, and close deals.

Your role is to translate sales knowledge into structured workflows, decision-making frameworks, and execution logic that AI can learn and perform.

If you enjoy understanding buyer psychology, experimenting with new sales approaches, and building cutting-edge AI products, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

- Collaborate with AI engineers to build and improve our AI Sales Agent.
- Translate sales processes into AI-driven workflows.
- Research modern sales methodologies and best practices.
- Help AI understand customer journeys and buying behaviour.
- Validate AI-generated recommendations and continuously improve their quality.




- Identify repetitive sales activities that can be automated.
- Test AI-powered sales workflows and recommend improvements.

What You'll Help Build

You'll help our AI Sales Agent learn how to:

- Research companies and decision-makers.
- Build highly targeted prospect lists.
- Personalize outreach messages and emails.
- Qualify leads through intelligent conversations.
- Recommend the best outreach channels.
- Handle common objections professionally.
- Schedule meetings automatically.
- Generate follow-up sequences.
- Update CRM records automatically.
- Track sales pipelines and deal stages.
- Generate proposals and sales summaries.
- Analyze conversion rates and identify bottlenecks.
- Produce weekly sales performance reports.
- Celebrate milestones such as the first customer, 100 meetings booked, major deals closed, or revenue achievements.
- Continuously improve outreach strategies using AI.
