Store Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Store Sales Executive to manage daily store sales and operations. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, achieving sales targets, handling billing, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the store is clean and well-organized.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers and understand their requirements.
- Recommend suitable products and explain product features and offers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle billing, cash, UPI, card, and other payments.
- Maintain accurate sales and transaction records.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with stock counting and inventory management.
- Arrange products and maintain proper store displays.
- Handle customer queries, returns, and exchanges professionally.
- Maintain store cleanliness and overall presentation.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and head office for stock requirements.
- Support promotional activities and other store operations.

Sales Incentives





- Performance-based sales incentives will be provided in addition to the fixed salary.
- Incentives will be based on achieving assigned sales targets.
- Higher sales performance may qualify for additional incentives.

Working Hours & Extra Pay

- Regular working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM.
- Additional working hours may be required during promotions, peak business periods, or special events.
- Approved extra working hours will be eligible for additional pay as per company policy.

Requirements

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems.
- Ability to handle cash and digital payments.
- Retail or sales experience is preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.
