Roles and Responsibilities:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist helps in identifying key talent and also acts as a trusted advisor on talent insights to help the business make intelligent workforce decisions
Create and implement long term talent engagement strategy: identifying target organisations,
focused diverse talent pool and critical skill segments
Talent Assessment and recommendations of location studies, competitor analysis, skill assessment and custom reports
Project engagement and delivery: Act as trusted advisor on talent insights to help the business make intelligent workforce decisions.
Should be able to source, screen and onboard key talent in a niche market segment in a fast paced ecosystem.
Must have skills:
- 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in a startup ecosystem
- Experience in Manufacturing and R&D; Hiring
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Demonstrate interpersonal and relationship skills including the capacity to successfully relate to all hierarchical levels which includes verbal and written communication
Good to have skills:
- A proven track record of research/market intelligence
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Solid numerical, analytical and strategic thinking skills, and sound business / commercial acumen
- Hands-on recruiting experience in the aerospace domain
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter; ability to work independently
- Robust sense of ownership; ability to take responsibility for the full recruitment lifecycle
