We are looking for a Geotechnical Project Manager to manage and supervise geotechnical field testing activities and ensure that all testing and soil investigation work is carried out accurately, safely, and according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise geotechnical field testing and site investigation activities.
- Conduct and supervise Pile Load Tests and ensure proper testing procedures are followed.
- Conduct and supervise Plate Load Tests for evaluation of soil bearing capacity.
- Perform Field CBR (California Bearing Ratio) Tests as per applicable standards and project specifications.
- Supervise and coordinate soil sample collection from project sites.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, preservation, and transportation of soil samples.
- Maintain accurate field test records, observations, and site documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, site engineers, contractors, and laboratory teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure field activities are completed within the required timelines.
- Ensure compliance with relevant IS codes, testing standards, safety procedures, and project specifications.
- Review field test results and assist in preparing technical reports and documentation.




- Manage field technicians and testing personnel as required.
- Identify field issues and coordinate with the technical team to resolve them effectively.

Required Qualifications

- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Candidates with a specialization or experience in Geotechnical Engineering / Soil Testing will be preferred.

Experience

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with practical experience in geotechnical field testing will be preferred.

Required Field Testing Experience

Candidates should have knowledge or hands-on experience in:

- Pile Load Test
- Plate Load Test
- Field CBR Test
- Soil Sample Collection
