1. ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to lead the visual identity of our products. This role requires a unique blend of digital marketing aesthetics for e-commerce and technical precision for physical packaging. The ideal candidate will have a sophisticated design sense and the ability to reference global trends to keep our brand ahead of the competition.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* E-commerce Optimization: Create high-converting A+ Content (EBC) for platforms like Amazon and our website, including lifestyle composites, infographics, and comparison charts.

* Packaging Design: Design end-to-end product packaging, from initial conceptualization and dielines to final print-ready files.

* Strategic Referencing: Benchmark against top competitors and industry leaders to identify visual gaps and ensure our designs are market-leading.

* Brand Consistency: Reference and maintain strict brand guidelines across all digital and print assets to ensure 100% visual harmony.

* Photo Manipulation: Expert-level retouching, color correction, and "hero" shot creation for product listings.

* Print Management: Ensure all packaging designs meet technical specifications (CMYK, Bleed, Spot Colors,



and Material constraints)

3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

* Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.

* Visual Storytelling: Ability to translate complex product features into simple, compelling visual benefits for customers.

* Design Sense: A refined eye for typography, layout, color theory, and up-to-date aesthetics.

* Attention to Detail: Precision in managing technical dielines and regulatory text for mass production.

4. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Advanced Referencing Skills: Proven ability to analyze global design trends and translate them into brand-specific assets.

* Information Architecture: Experience referencing technical spec sheets and regulatory requirements (ISO/FDA symbols) for packaging compliance.

* Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing both e-commerce listing designs and physical product packaging.
