Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and result-oriented Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to support and execute digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with the content, design, sales, and business development teams.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Track digital marketing KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
- Support SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online lead-generation activities.
- Manage social media content calendars and ensure consistent brand communication.
- Analyze customer behavior, campaign data, and marketing trends.
- Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly marketing targets.





Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Robust knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience with social media management and lead-generation campaigns.
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the Education/EdTech industry will be an added advantage.
