Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) – Indian Cuisine to join for one of or esteemed client in F and B sector. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Indian cuisine, hands-on kitchen experience, and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality and consistency in a fast-paced tandoori takeaway environment.

The role requires efficient section handling, food preparation, hygiene maintenance, and coordination with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

● Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes as per restaurant standards

● Manage and oversee the assigned kitchen section efficiently

● Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of dishes

● Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area

● Coordinate with the Sous Chef and kitchen staff during service hours

● Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management

● Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and food items





● Follow food safety and kitchen operational guidelines

● Support smooth and timely order preparation during peak hours

Culinary Skills

● Strong expertise in Indian cuisine and cooking techniques

● Knowledge of food preparation, seasoning, and plating

● Familiarity with kitchen equipment and operational procedures

● Ability to handle a kitchen section independently
