Job Summary

Suryabala Autos Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, responsible, and customer-focused Sales Executive to support both sales and showroom operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, conducting product demonstrations and test rides, achieving sales targets, assisting in vehicle deliveries, transporting vehicles safely, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales and delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend walk-in customers and explain the features and benefits of Ather Electric Scooters.
- Conduct product demonstrations and customer test rides.
- Generate, maintain, and follow up on sales leads.
- Assist customers with finance, insurance, booking, registration, and vehicle delivery processes.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
- Support vehicle delivery and handover by explaining basic vehicle features and operation.
- Transport vehicles safely between the showroom, service center, customer locations, and RTO offices as required.
- Ensure vehicles are cleaned, inspected, and delivery-ready.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle movements, deliveries,



and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with the sales, service, and administration teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Participate in showroom events, roadshows, promotional campaigns, and marketing activities.
- Ensure safe riding practices and comply with all traffic rules and company policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the sales and ownership journey.

Eligibility

- Any Degree or Diploma.
- 0–3 years of experience in Automobile, EV, Retail, Direct Sales, Delivery, or related industries.
- Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License is mandatory.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer handling skills.
- Passion for electric vehicles and technology.
- Knowledge of Tamil is mandatory; basic English is preferred.
- Punctual, disciplined, responsible, and customer-oriented attitude.
