Performance-Based Role | Freshers Welcome

Compensation Structure:

- Performance-based incentives
- Incentives range: ₹5,000 – ₹15,000 (based on performance)
- Fixed salary will be discussed after 3 months, based on performance review
- No fixed salary initially

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 12th pass qualification
✔ Sales experience preferred (Freshers can apply)
✔ Strong communication & convincing skills
✔ Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Word, Excel)
✔ Self-motivated and target-oriented

Job Details:

Location: Mohali, Punjab
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Work From Home: Available only for candidates with strong experience
No strict time-bound work (result-oriented role)
