Intligent Outsourcing Co. is hiring dedicated and target-driven Telesales Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting our business solutions, and driving sales growth during a fixed day-shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential and existing customers via phone to introduce and sell company services/products.
- Explain features, handle customer inquiries, and address objections professionally.
- Identify customer needs and pitch appropriate outsourcing solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer feedback, and sales outcomes in the CRM system.
Requirements & Skills:
- Education:
Minimum Higher Secondary / Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply).
- Communication: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills in English and local languages..
- Attributes: Target-oriented, persuasive, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule & Benefits:
- Timings: Fixed Day Shift | 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
