Position: Part-Time HR Executive
Department: Human Resources
Working Hours: 2 Hours per Day
Reporting To: Hospital Management / HR Head
Job Purpose
To provide day-to-day HR administrative support by maintaining accurate employee records, monitoring attendance and leave, preparing HR letters, and ensuring that employee documentation is complete and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leave Management
- Track and maintain employee leave records.
- Update leave balances and leave applications regularly.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding leave and staff availability.
- Maintain proper documentation of approved and pending leaves.
2. Attendance & Absenteeism
- Monitor daily employee attendance.
- Track late coming, absenteeism and irregular attendance.
- Maintain records of repeated late coming and absenteeism.
- Report attendance-related concerns to management.
3. Appointment & Increment Letters
- Prepare appointment letters for new employees as instructed by management.
- Prepare increment letters and other HR-related letters.
- Maintain records of issued letters in individual employee files.
4. Employee Data Management
- Maintain and regularly update the employee database.
- Ensure employee information such as designation, department, joining date, contact details and other relevant records are accurate.
- Assist management in providing employee-related data whenever required.
5. Employee File Management
- Maintain individual employee files in an organized manner.
- Ensure required documents are available and updated.
- Follow up for missing or incomplete employee documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Daily/Weekly Activities
- Check attendance and update records.
- Update leave and absenteeism records.
- Follow up on pending employee documentation.
- Update employee database and files.
- Prepare HR letters as required.
- Report important HR issues to management.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Graduate, preferably in HR/Business Administration.
- Previous HR/admin experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Positive documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
