RishtaSite.com is looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team and work with an international client base across Canada, the USA, the UK, and Australia.

Your Role

As a Sales Executive, you will:

- Connect with inbound and outbound leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand clients' matrimonial requirements and recommend suitable membership plans.
- Present the value and benefits of RishtaSite.com's premium matchmaking services.
- Build rapport, establish trust, and maintain professional client relationships.
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into paid memberships.
- Work toward and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in Smart Match.
- Coordinate with the Matchmaking team to provide a smooth onboarding experience.
- Stay updated on membership plans, services, and promotional offers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

What We're Looking For





We're looking for someone who has:

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Robust sales, persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- The ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- A positive, confident, customer-focused, and target-driven attitude.
- Strong objection-handling abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Punjabi communication skills are an added advantage.
- Previous sales experience is beneficial; however, motivated candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
