Unicare Homeopathy is looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and career-oriented professionals to join our growing team in Ongole.

We are hiring for the following positions:

1. Telecaller

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to leads and existing customers.
- Explain clinic services and appointment details clearly.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into appointments.
- Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the clinic team for patient appointments.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in Telugu and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous telecalling/customer service experience is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

2. Receptionist

Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist patients professionally.
- Manage appointments, registrations, and enquiries.
- Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
- Maintain patient records and basic office documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff.
- Ensure smooth front-desk operations.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Polite and professional attitude.
- Previous receptionist/front-office experience is preferred.

3. Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:





- Promote clinic services through local marketing activities.
- Generate new enquiries and potential leads.
- Coordinate promotional activities, campaigns, and medical camps.
- Build relationships with local businesses and communities.
- Follow up with leads and maintain marketing reports.
- Achieve assigned marketing targets.

Requirements:

- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Telugu communication is essential.
- Willingness to travel locally when required.
- Marketing/sales experience is preferred.
- Freshers with a strong interest in sales and marketing may apply.

Salary

₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Salary will depend on experience, skills, and job role.
