Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Development (NPD) Engineer / Manager with experience in consumer electronics product development, from concept to mass production.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end New Product Development (NPD).
- Work on Power Banks, Bluetooth Speakers, Party Speakers and Tablets.
- Prepare PRD, technical specifications and BOM.
- Coordinate with OEM/ODM suppliers and factories.
- Manage prototypes, DVT, PVT and pilot production.
- Review PCB, hardware schematics and mechanical changes.
- Conduct product testing and ensure quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with BIS, CE, RoHS, WPC and BEE.
- Maintain NPD trackers and technical documentation.





Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 2–4+ years of NPD experience in Consumer Electronics.
- Knowledge of battery technology, power electronics and Bluetooth/audio products.
- Experience with OEM/ODM coordination.
- Knowledge of BIS, CE, WPC and RoHS.
- Working knowledge of Excel, CAD, Altium/OrCAD, Jira or PLM tools.
- Positive communication, problem-solving and project management skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
