We are looking for a skilled and passionate Skin Trainer to train students in professional skincare and beauty treatments. The trainer will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training, developing students' technical skills, and preparing them for a successful career in the professional beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct theoretical and practical classes for skin and beauty courses.
- Train students in professional skincare treatments and techniques.
- Demonstrate facial, cleanup, skin analysis, and other qualified skin services.
- Teach students about different skin types, conditions, products, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards during practical sessions.
- Guide students during hands-on practice and provide individual feedback.
- Prepare students for assessments, examinations, competitions, and workshops.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure regular student participation.
- Monitor students' practical performance and maintain training records.
- Stay updated with the latest skincare trends, techniques, products, and industry practices.
- Support academy events, workshops, demonstrations, and promotional activities when required.




- Create a positive, professional, and engaging learning environment.

Requirements

- Professional qualification/certification in Skin, Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related field.
- Strong practical knowledge of professional skincare treatments.
- Good communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to demonstrate techniques clearly and patiently.
- Professional grooming and presentation.
- Previous experience as a skin trainer, beauty therapist, or educator is preferred.
- Candidates with relevant industry experience and strong practical skills are encouraged to apply.

Performance Expectations

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
