Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team at the Powai office. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations within a purpose-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks




- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements
- Help draft HR communications, job descriptions, and policy documents

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine interest in HR and mental health/wellness spaces
