Job Description:
Key Responsibilities/Deliver:
- Drive end‑to‑end embedded hardware product development—from interpreting PRS to HLD/architecture ensuring DfX (manufacturability, serviceability, performance, reliability, cost)
- Design and development of Electronics Hardware, & its testing
- Strong understanding of Microcontroller & its peripherals functioning.
- Power supply design – SMPS topologies, DC-DC converters, High frequency transformer design.
- Experience in Analog & Digital circuit design, its signal integrity– Simulation in Pspice, LTSpice, ModelSI IGBT/MOSFET Gate Drivers design, PWM techniques, Snubber design
- Solid command over usage of ADC, Opamp, Transistor & AC signal measurement
- EMI-EMC Filter Design implementation in electronics circuit design, with compliance of Surge, EFT, ESD, CE,CS, RE,RS etc.
- Heatsink calculations, Components selections like Capacitors, LDOs, Inductors, X,Y Capacitors
- Knowhow of various IEC, CE, UL, standards
- PCB layout understanding, review.
- Exposure to Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and its application in product design.
- PCB design with DFM considerations and EMI/EMC compliance.
- Proficient in component selection – op-amps, microcontrollers, power switches, transistors, diodes, and capacitors.
- Knowledge of various communication protocols like Modbus RTU, USB, CAN, TCP, Profibus, etc. from hardware design perspective.
- Knowledge of various reliability testing like, HALT, ALT etc.
- Enhance development processes and systems
