Summary

A reputed Meghalaya based Manufacturing Company is seeking a highly disciplined and experienced Security Supervisor who is preferably an Ex-Serviceman and possesses a valid arms license, for its units based in Byrnihat, Meghalaya

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, manage and control all security activities across the manufacturing unit and gate.
- Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors.
- Monitor movement of raw materials, consumables, scrap, other materials, and vehicles entering or leaving the facility.
- Verify gate passes, delivery challans, invoices, and transport documents, etc.
- Supervise security guards and contract security personnel.
- Maintain security records, visitor logs, vehicle registers, incident reports, etc.
- Coordinate with local police, fire services, and emergency response agencies when required.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5–8 years of industrial security experience, preferably in manufacturing, mining, metals, steel, Ferro Alloys, power plants, or heavy industries.
- Candidate should be incorruptible
- Consumption of alcohol, intoxicants,



or reporting to duty under the influence of alcohol/drugs is strictly prohibited.
- Any involvement in theft, pilferage, bribery, corruption, falsification of records, unauthorized material movement, collusion, or other misconduct will result in immediate disciplinary action, including termination of employment.
- Ex-Serviceman from recognized defense/security forces (preferable).
- Physically fit and capable of working in an industrial workplace.
- Exposure to industrial environments including dust, noise, and outdoor conditions.
- Valid Arms License.

Note: Only candidates with a clean employment record, strong ethical standards, and a proven history of integrity and discipline should apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
