This collaboration provides candidates with both theoretical knowledge and practical exposure to real-time MEP design projects in HVAC and Electrical systems.

Training Before Teaching

Selected candidates will undergo an intensive MEP and BIM training program before handling classes. Training includes:

HVAC systems for Mechanical candidates
Electrical systems for EEE candidates
Basic plumbing concepts
Relevant software tools and design practices

Key Responsibilities

Deliver MEP training sessions for Mechanical and Electrical students
Teach fundamentals of HVAC, Electrical and basic Plumbing systems
Prepare training materials and presentations
Guide students in practical design and software applications




Support students in developing technical and job-ready skills
Handle student queries and provide academic support
Assist in classroom coordination and academic activities
Participate in workshops, seminars and technical sessions

Candidate Requirements

Diploma or B.Tech or B.E in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering
Freshers or candidates with 0 to 1 year experience
Strong basic knowledge in core engineering subjects
Good communication and presentation skills
Interest in teaching and mentoring students
Willingness to learn MEP design and BIM tools
Positive attitude and willingness to grow

Salary and Benefits

Starting salary Rs. 20,000 per month
