We're Hiring: Purchase Executive

Location: Sabine Hospitals and Research Centre, Tanur, Malappuram

Sabine Hospitals & Research Centre Pvt Ltd is a premier healthcare facility and a leading centre for infertility treatment. Our mission is to provide exceptional medical care and support to our patients with compassion and dedication. We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage day-to-day purchasing activities and ensure the timely availability of medicines, medical supplies, consumables, equipment, and other materials required for hospital operations.

Requirements

- Any Degree or PG qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Experience in purchasing medical supplies, consumables, pharmacy items, or hospital materials will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/Excel.

Key Responsibilities





- Handle day-to-day purchase activities and coordinate with suppliers.
- Source quotations, compare prices, negotiate with vendors, and place purchase orders.
- Procure medical and non-medical items as per hospital requirements.
- Ensure purchases are made within approved budgets and company/hospital policies.
- Assist in vendor evaluation and price negotiations.
- Prepare regular purchase reports and maintain proper documentation.

Salary should be based on interview performance & experience . Should be fixed at the time of interview.
