Job Summary

NILAMADHABA FISH AND FISH SEED FARM is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Manager to manage daily accounting, billing, GST, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime, GST, MS Excel, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle Tally/Tally Prime and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
- Handle GST-related work and assist with GST filing and compliance.
- Maintain purchase, sales, expenses, receipts, and payment records.
- Perform cash, bank, and ledger reconciliation.
- Track outstanding payments and receivables.
- Prepare accounting and financial reports using MS Excel.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Assist with monthly financial statements and reports.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.
- Handle other accounting and administrative duties as required.





Eligibility & Requirements

- B.Com or equivalent Commerce qualification preferred.
- 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience or above.
- Good knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime.
- Practical knowledge of GST filing and compliance.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience in billing, invoicing, bookkeeping, and reconciliation.
- Positive numerical and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Responsible, reliable, and able to maintain confidential financial information.

Language Preference

- Odia – Preferred
- Hindi – Preferred
- Basic English communication will be an advantage.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month, depending on qualification, experience, and skills.
