Job Overview

We are looking for a Lead Data Scientist with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, and Agentic AI to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development and deployment of ML, GenAI, LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions.
- Develop NLP solutions for classification, entity extraction, summarization, semantic search, and dialogue management.
- Build, train, evaluate, and deploy ML and deep learning models.
- Perform feature engineering, model optimization, benchmarking, explainability, and bias testing.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend creative solutions.
- Mentor junior Data Scientists and promote AI/ML best practices.

Required Skills

- 6–8 years of experience in Data Science,



Machine Learning, or AI.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, LangChain, and Agentic AI.
- Strong knowledge of NLP and Transformer-based architectures.
- Experience deploying ML/AI models in production.
- Strong understanding of ML algorithms, statistics, and model evaluation.

Preferred Skills

- AWS, Azure, or GCP experience.
- Vector databases and semantic search.
- MLOps and model lifecycle management.
- Responsible AI and AI governance.
- Enterprise GenAI implementation.
- Technical leadership and mentoring experience.
