About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our furniture and art & craft manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for manufacturing customized furniture, wooden crafts, display units, miniature structures, hamper boxes, décor products, and other wooden products.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of woodworking, measurements, cutting, assembly, finishing, and interpreting drawings or design references.

Key Responsibilities

- Manufacture and assemble custom furniture and wooden products.
- Work with pinewood, plywood, MDF, and other wood-based materials.
- Read and understand basic drawings, measurements, sketches, and design references.
- Perform accurate cutting, drilling, routing, sanding, joining, and assembly.
- Manufacture customized tables, stools, shelves, racks, display units, hamper boxes, and décor products.
- Work on wooden components for art, craft, miniature, and exhibition projects.
- Ensure accurate dimensions and proper alignment of finished products.
- Use hand tools and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform sanding and basic finishing preparation.
- Identify and correct manufacturing defects before products move to the next stage.
- Coordinate with designers, painters, and other production team members.
- Maintain quality and consistency across multiple products.
- Complete assigned work within production deadlines.
- Keep the workshop, tools, and work area clean and organized.

Required Skills

- Good practical knowledge of carpentry and woodworking.
- Ability to accurately measure and cut materials.
- Valuable knowledge of joints, assembly,



and furniture construction.
- Ability to work with pinewood, plywood, MDF, and other materials.
- Ability to understand measurements and basic technical drawings.
- Good attention to detail and finishing quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
- Knowledge of woodworking tools and machinery.
- Strong focus on workplace safety.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is skilled, reliable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious. The candidate should be comfortable working on both large furniture projects and small, detailed craft products.

A practical mindset and the ability to convert a drawing, reference image, or design into a finished physical product are highly valued.
