Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer – Electrical for our IOCL Refinery project. The candidate should have strong experience in electrical planning, maintenance, project execution, and progress monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain detailed schedules for electrical maintenance and project activities.
- Plan preventive and corrective electrical maintenance activities.
- Prepare shutdown and turnaround schedules, including manpower and resource planning.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress against planned schedules.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and MIS.
- Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and resources for electrical activities.
- Coordinate with client, site execution team, contractors, procurement, stores, and accounts teams.
- Identify delays and bottlenecks and assist in preparing recovery plans.
- Maintain planning records, work progress reports, manpower reports, and project documentation.




- Assist in basic invoicing and RA bill documentation, including BOQ and executed quantity tracking.
- Ensure planned activities comply with IOCL refinery safety procedures, work permits, LOTO, and electrical safety requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering is required.
- 6–10 years of relevant Electrical experience is mandatory.
- Experience in Electrical Maintenance / Electrical Project Execution / Electrical Planning is required.
- Experience in IOCL Refinery / Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery projects will be preferred.
- Positive knowledge of HT/LT panels, transformers, motors, switchgear, cables, and other electrical systems.
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel for planning and progress tracking.
- Basic knowledge of invoicing, BOQ, quantity tracking, and billing documentation will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, analytical, and reporting skills.

Candidate Preference:

Immediate Joiners will be highly preferred.

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000/month
