We are looking for a Showroom Coordinator to support coordination between the showroom sales manager, production team, and clients. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are organized, communicative, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate between Sales Manager, Production Manager, and Clients
- Understand customer requirements and share accurate details with the production team
- Follow up on order status, production progress, and delivery timelines
- Update clients on order status and handle basic queries
- Maintain records of orders, client requirements, and communication
- Assist in smooth day-to-day showroom operations
- Ensure proper communication flow between all departments

Requirements

- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in any coordination / customer handling role
- Good communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email handling)
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in the furniture industry
