Maxfort International School is looking for a Tele calling Executive with excellent English communication skills. The role involves making outbound calls to parents for admission inquiries, fee reminders, and other school-related communication. This is a *calling-only* profile.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective parents for admission follow-ups.

* Handle admission lead calls and encourage parents to visit the school.

* Make fee reminder and fee follow-up calls to parents.

* Provide accurate information regarding admissions, fees, and school services.

* Maintain records of calls and follow-up status.

* Coordinate with the concerned department whenever required.

* Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads.

* Maintain professional and courteous communication with parents at all times.





Qualifications

* Graduate in any discipline.

Experience

* 2–5 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or admissions is preferred.

Required Skills

* Excellent spoken English.

* Clear and confident communication skills.

* Valuable convincing and follow-up abilities.

* Pleasant telephone etiquette.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach.

Salary

As per qualifications and experience.
