Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Interior Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out and finishing projects across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of interior construction, design implementation, site management, and quality control. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day interior fit-out and finishing activities at project sites.
- Execute projects as per approved drawings, BOQs, and design specifications.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
- Ensure quality control across civil, carpentry, modular furniture, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, false ceiling, and finishing works.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Manage site materials, inventory, and resource utilization.
- Maintain daily site reports and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Coordinate project handovers and snag rectification activities.




- Travel and relocate to project locations as required.

Eligibility Criteria

- Age: 28 to 40 years.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out, interior construction, or site supervision.
- Solid understanding of interior materials, construction methodologies, and finishing standards.
- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, layouts, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Experience in managing labor teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of relevant interior site supervision experience.
- Must be willing to relocate and work across multiple project locations.
- Must own a bike/two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license for site visits and project coordination.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently handle site execution and coordination responsibilities.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of AutoCAD and project documentation.
- Experience in residential, commercial, retail, or hospitality interior projects.
- Strong planning, coordination, and team management abilities.

Compensation

Salary: As per industry standards and candidate experience.
Additional travel and relocation support may be provided as per company policy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
