We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and responsible Co-Teacher to support the Lead Teacher in creating an engaging and effective learning environment for primary students. The candidate will assist with classroom activities, student engagement, lesson execution, assessments, and maintaining classroom discipline.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Lead Teacher in planning and delivering daily classroom activities.
- Support students during lessons, activities, projects, and assessments.
- Provide individual attention and learning support to students as required.
- Help maintain a positive, safe, and engaging classroom workplace.
- Assist in classroom management and ensure students follow school rules and routines.
- Support lesson preparation, worksheets, teaching aids, and classroom resources.
- Monitor student participation, behaviour, and academic progress.
- Assist in conducting assessments, maintaining student records, and preparing reports.
- Identify students who may require additional academic or behavioural support and communicate observations to the Lead Teacher.
- Encourage students to participate in academic and co-curricular activities.
- Support parent-teacher communication when required.
- Participate in school events, activities, meetings,



and training programs.
- Maintain professionalism and follow school policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and the academic team.

Candidate Profile

- Relevant Bachelor's/Master's degree in the respective subject or relevant field.
- B.Ed. is mandatory for teaching positions, where applicable.
- 1–3 years of relevant teaching experience preferred.
- Experience in a CBSE school is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Patient, approachable, and comfortable working with young learners.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and digital teaching tools.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a teaching team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
