We are looking for a Biomedical Engineer to join our hospital team.
Position: Biomedical Engineer
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering
Experience: 1–3 Years in Hospital Industry
Location: STAR Hospitals, Nanakramguda, Financial District, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, inspection and commissioning of medical equipment
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of biomedical equipment
- Troubleshooting and repair of medical equipment
- Calibration and performance checks of equipment
- Maintaining equipment inventory, service records and maintenance schedules
- Coordinating with vendors for AMC/CMC, repairs and servicing
- Supporting clinical staff with equipment-related technical issues
- Ensuring equipment safety and minimizing downtime
- Supporting NABH compliance and biomedical equipment documentation
