Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements from different departments and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Job Hai, Unstop, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews and assess candidates for suitability.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds with respective department heads.
- Recruit candidates for production, electronics, engineering, quality, testing, sales, and corporate functions.
- Coordinate with selected candidates regarding salary discussions, documentation, notice period, and joining date.
- Support campus recruitment and bulk hiring drives whenever required.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment.




- Experience in manufacturing, electronics.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
- Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Solid coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
