About the Role

Nidhii Skincare is looking for a Creative Strategist who can combine creativity, consumer understanding, and marketing strategy to develop high-performing content ideas for social media and digital campaigns.

The ideal candidate should understand skincare, beauty, wellness, and skincare-focused content, and know how to turn audience insights and trends into engaging creative concepts.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop creative strategies for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

* Research audience behavior, competitors, trends and content opportunities.

* Generate creative concepts for Reels, videos, ads, campaigns and product promotions.

* Develop strong hooks, content angles and storytelling concepts.

* Work closely with the Video, Script Writing, Social Media and Marketing teams.

* Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on data.

* Identify trending formats, topics, sounds and storytelling techniques.

* Create campaign concepts aligned with brand goals and target audience.

* Understand customer pain points and convert them into relatable content ideas.

* Maintain consistency in brand messaging and communication.





* Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas.

Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience in Creative Strategy, Content Strategy, Digital Marketing, Advertising or Social Media.

* Experience in Skincare, Beauty, Healthcare, Wellness, Nutrition or D2C brands is preferred.

* Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media content.

* Excellent creative thinking and storytelling skills.

* Good understanding of marketing funnels, customer psychology and content performance.

* Ability to identify trends and convert them into relevant brand content.

* Robust communication and collaboration skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

₹20,000 – ₹80,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
