About the Role

We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer, Video Editor & UI/UX Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging graphics, videos, social media content, marketing creatives, website designs, landing pages, and basic UI/UX designs.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visual design, good video editing skills, an understanding of user experience, and the ability to convert creative and business requirements into visually appealing and user-friendly designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging graphics, banners, social media posts, advertisements, website creatives, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, YouTube, promotional campaigns, Reels, Shorts, and internal requirements.
- Create motion graphics, animations, thumbnails, promotional videos, and other visual content aligned with current trends.
- Design basic website pages, landing pages, app screens, dashboards, and other UI elements using Figma or similar tools.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and visual concepts while following basic UX and usability principles.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, SEO, Business Development, and Development teams to understand requirements and deliver appropriate creative/UI solutions.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, visual identity,



typography, colors, spacing, layouts, and overall design standards.
- Manage multiple creative and UI/UX projects simultaneously, incorporate feedback, and ensure timely delivery with high-quality output.
- Stay updated with emerging design, UI/UX, video editing, AI, and social media trends and contribute new creative ideas.

Must-Have Skills

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design, Video Editing, and UI Design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Valuable hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
- Good working knowledge of Figma.
- Understanding of UI design principles including grids, spacing, typography, colors, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Basic understanding of UX, usability, user flows, and user-centric design.
- Experience creating social media graphics, Reels, Shorts, advertisements, and promotional videos.
- Basic understanding of responsive web and mobile design.
- Ability to create basic wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to convert requirements into high-quality visual designs.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing, and UI/UX work.

Good-to-Have Skills





- Experience with Figma Components, Auto Layout, Prototyping, and Design Systems.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and advanced After Effects.
- Experience designing websites, landing pages, dashboards, or mobile application screens.
- Basic understanding of UX research, information architecture, and user journeys.
- Experience collaborating with developers for design implementation.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and understanding of design-to-development limitations.
- Experience with Canva, CorelDRAW, or other creative tools.
- Familiarity with AI-based design and video editing tools.
- Experience creating designs for IT, SaaS, B2B, or technology companies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating Graphic Design, Video Editing, and UI/UX capabilities.
- Good communication, collaboration, creativity, and time-management skills.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across graphic design, video editing, and UI/UX requirements. The candidate should be able to independently take a requirement from concept to final design/video while maintaining quality and consistency.

Portfolio is mandatory and will be evaluated as part of the selection process.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
