Job Description
Anson Chits India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. The candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate business through field activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market chit fund schemes to prospective customers.
- Generate new customer leads through field visits and direct sales activities.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Explain company products, schemes, and benefits to customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct customer follow-ups and ensure timely enrollment.
- Collect customer documents and assist with the onboarding process.
- Identify market opportunities and provide feedback to management.
- Maintain daily sales reports and field visit records.
- Coordinate with branch staff to ensure smooth customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing.
- Any Degree/Diploma preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field work.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
