Role Overview

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Intern to join our team. The role involves interacting with customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or students who want to gain practical exposure in Customer Relationship Management, Communication, Sales Support, and Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer queries in a polite, qualified, and timely manner.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, and service requests.
- Maintain accurate customer information and communication records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and provide timely updates.
- Assist in building positive and long-term customer relationships.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate concerns to the appropriate team when required.
- Support the team in maintaining a smooth and customer-friendly communication process.




- Maintain professionalism and a customer-first approach in every interaction.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma / MBA.

Languages: English & Hindi ( Mandatory),Telugu (Added Advantage).
