Job Title: SharePoint Developer

Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Developer with deep expertise in SharePoint development, support, and administration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across SharePoint Online, along with strong skills in, Power Platform, and workflow automation tools.

Qualification: BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSc in Computer Science (or related field)

Certification: SharePoint certification

Experience: 10 years

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, deployment, and migration of SharePoint solutions (On-Prem & Online).
- Differentiate between custom development and leveraging out-of-the-box SharePoint features to meet business needs effectively.
- Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint features, workflows, and applications (Nintex, SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, Power Apps,SPFX).
- Implement and support SharePoint integration with .NET applications, REST APIs, and SQL databases.
- Conduct design & development reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.




- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create user-focused solutions, and deliver engaging digital experiences.
- (Nice to have) Experience with MS Project Server implementation.

Mandatory:

- Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSc in Computer Science (or related field).
- Experience: Overall 8 to 10 years’ experience and experience in SharePoint development, support, and administration. Expertise in SharePoint Online.
- Strong development experience with C#, ASP.NET, Visual Studio, SPFx, HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery.
- Proficiency with REST APIs, WCF, JSON, XML.
- Strong troubleshooting, migration, and administration experience.
- Optional/Good to Have: CRM, ERP, or middleware integration exposure.
- Explicit communication and documentation ability.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
