Experience: 8–15 years in manufacturing/CNC or VMC machining / precision machining

We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to manage overall factory operations with strong practical knowledge of CNC Turning and VMC machining.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily production, planning, manpower, and shop-floor activities.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Solid knowledge of CNC/VMC machines, programming, tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters.
- Monitor machine utilization, productivity, cycle times, rejection, and rework.
- Troubleshoot machining and production-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and minimize machine breakdowns and downtime.
- Manage operators, setters, supervisors, and production teams.




- Control tooling, consumables, and overall production costs.
- Coordinate with Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Management.
- Drive process improvement, productivity improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering preferred.

Preferred: Candidates with strong hands-on experience in CNC/VMC production and previous experience managing a machining factory or production department.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹62,000.00 per month
