About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer Intern to join our team. The role will focus primarily on visual design, graphic design, and video editing. You will work on a variety of creative projects including social media content, promotional videos, marketing creatives, presentations, product visuals, and internal communications.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, creativity, attention to detail, and an interest in creating engaging visual and video content.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Create engaging visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, product promotions, recruitment, and internal communications.
- Design social media posts, banners, posters, thumbnails, presentations, promotional creatives, and digital assets.
- Edit videos for social media, marketing campaigns, internal communications, and promotional activities.
- Create short-form video content such as Reels, promotional videos, announcements, and campaign videos.
- Add transitions, text, music, sound effects, animations, and other visual elements to videos.
- Assist in creating motion graphics and straightforward animations for digital content.
- Work on video footage by trimming, sequencing, colour correction, audio editing, and preparing final outputs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand creative requirements and deliver designs accordingly.
- Develop creative concepts and contribute fresh ideas for visual and video content.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, layouts, colours, and overall visual style.
- Resize and adapt creative assets for different platforms and formats.
- Organize design files, video footage, assets, and final project files.




- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final deliverables meet requirements.
- Stay updated with current visual design, social media, graphic design, and video editing trends.

Skills & Tools

- Good understanding of visual design and graphic design principles.
- Knowledge of video editing and basic motion graphics.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or After Effects is preferred.
- Knowledge of Canva or Figma is an advantage.
- Understanding of typography, colour, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
- Willingness to learn new design tools and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility

- Pursuing or completed a degree, certification, learning program, or short-term course in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Video Editing, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge or experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or similar design and editing tools.
- A portfolio of design, video, or creative work is an advantage.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are essential.
