Job Overview
As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, launching, monitoring, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads.

You will work closely with creative and tracking teams to identify opportunities, solve performance issues, test new strategies, and maximize ROI/ROAS while maintaining control over acquisition costs.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Snapchat & TikTok.
- Monitor campaign performance and make daily data-driven optimization decisions.
- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target ROI/ROAS, CPA and CPL.
- Analyze key performance metrics including CPM, CTR, CPC, CVR, CPA, CPL, ROI and ROAS.
- Conduct continuous testing of creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages, campaign structures, and bidding strategies.
- Manage daily advertising budgets and identify areas of unnecessary or inefficient spend.
- Identify campaign performance issues and implement corrective actions quickly.
- Monitor tracking, conversion events, pixels, postbacks, attribution, and funnel performance.
- Work with the creative team to develop and test high-performing ad concepts and creatives.
- Collaborate with tracking/technical teams to troubleshoot tracking and attribution issues.




- Maintain campaign reports and communicate performance insights and recommendations.
- Research current opportunities, trends, audiences, and acquisition strategies.
- Take complete ownership of campaign performance and profitability.

Requirements

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Media Buying / Performance Marketing.
- Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads & TikTok Ads.
- Proven experience in campaign optimization and scaling.
- Strong understanding of paid traffic and performance marketing metrics.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make quick, logical, and profitable decisions.
- Good understanding of pixels, conversion events, postbacks, tracking, attribution, and funnels.
- Hands-on experience with ClickFlare is required.
- Experience with Lead Generation and/or Affiliate Marketing will be an advantage.
- Comfortable managing advertising budgets and working toward performance targets.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
