27yOc works closely with startups and growing companies across sales, strategy, business consulting, and operations. As our ecosystem expands, we are looking for a driven, systems-minded Marketing Manager who wants to own and grow the marketing function inside a fast-moving organisation.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

- Design, build, and maintain marketing automation systems and workflows across campaigns and channels.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels that support brand growth and business goals.
- Set up and optimise tools, funnels, and processes to improve marketing efficiency and reporting.
- Own the marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns, content, and promotions.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, tracking spend against results across channels. Lead brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Drive lead generation initiatives and work closely with sales to improve conversion and pipeline quality. Track, analyse,



and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key marketing metrics.

KEY SKILLS

- Experience in building and automating marketing systems
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage campaigns end-to-end.
- Comfort working with marketing tools and platforms.
- Good organisation and time management.
