Role: Customer Support Executive – International Chat Process
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through international voice calls and chat support.
- Provide exceptional customer service to E-commerce sellers and customers.
- Resolve queries related to orders, payments, deliveries, returns, refunds, and account management.
- Deliver accurate, timely, and professional resolutions while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain high quality standards, productivity, and service level targets (SLAs).
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow company processes and guidelines.
- Build positive customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility Criteria





- Minimum 6 Month to 1 year of experience in an International Email & Chat Process.
- Seller Support experience is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Undergraduate & Graduate candidates can apply.
