We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales and business development for a construction and building materials business. The ideal candidate should have relevant industry experience, strong local market knowledge, and proven B2B/B2C sales experience.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Identify and develop recent customers and business opportunities
- Handle B2B and B2C sales activities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new sales opportunities
- Negotiate with customers and support order closure
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and orders
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates
- Maintain knowledge of local market trends and competitor activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order and customer service processes

Requirements:





- 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction or building materials sales
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales
- Strong knowledge of the Coimbatore/local market
- Good customer relationship and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Strong business development and lead generation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage sales activities effectively

Screening Priority:
Candidates with relevant construction/building materials industry experience, B2B/B2C sales exposure, and Coimbatore/local market knowledge will be given priority.

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
