Role Purpose

We are looking for a Senior Executive – E-commerce to manage product catalogues, website content and marketplace listings. The role will be responsible for keeping product information, images, pricing, inventory and listings accurate and sales-ready across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage product listings on the company website/CMS, IndiaMART and other marketplaces.
- Add and update product titles, descriptions, specifications, categories, images, pricing and availability.
- Maintain and update the master product catalogue and product data.
- Manage product images and digital assets, including basic resizing, cropping and formatting.
- Monitor and resolve duplicate, rejected, inactive, suppressed and incomplete listings.
- Ensure consistency of product information across the website, IndiaMART and other marketplaces.
- Coordinate with Sales, Inventory, Product, Marketing and Design teams for product information, pricing, stock and images.
- Conduct regular catalogue audits and maintain correction/update trackers.
- Use relevant keywords and basic listing SEO to improve product visibility.




- Maintain accurate records of product updates, pricing, inventory and approvals.
- Use AI tools for content drafting where required, with proper verification of all product information.

Key Skills

- 2-5 years in e-commerce operations, catalogue management, marketplace operations or product-data management.
- Hands-on experience operating a website CMS/backend; WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify or similar platforms preferred.
- Practical experience with IndiaMART seller-panel operations strongly preferred.
- Exposure to other marketplace seller panels and platform-specific listing requirements.
- Experience with Excel/CSV-based bulk uploads, product images, inventory and price updates.
- Evidence of resolving catalogue errors, rejected listings or data inconsistencies.
