AI Solutions Engineer – Consulting / Forward Deployed Engineer | Remote | 3+ Years We’re Hiring: AI Solutions Engineer (Consulting Forward Deployed Engineer)

We are looking for an experienced AI Solutions Engineer / Forward Deployed Engineer who can combine solid AI application development, Python, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and customer-facing consulting skills.

This is a long-term remote contract opportunity (12+ months) where you will work directly with customers to understand their requirements and design, build, deploy, and operate production-grade AI solutions.

Work Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
Contract Duration: 12+ Months (Long-Term Opportunity)

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure cloud infrastructure on AWS and/or Azure for production AI applications.
- Develop and maintain Docker-based containerized environments for AI model and application deployment.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, builds, deployments, and release management.
- Develop production-grade AI applications using Python and modern Full Stack technologies.
- Build indexing, chunking, embeddings, and hybrid retrieval pipelines for AI/RAG applications.
- Work with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as LangChain and Hugging Face.
- Implement automated testing using pytest, unittest, integration testing, and E2E testing.
- Implement logging, tracing, metrics, and observability for production applications.
- Create and maintain architecture documentation, runbooks, deployment guides, and operational procedures.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MongoDB,



and Redis.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
- Lead customer/client-facing workshops, technical discussions, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution updates.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, AI/ML, DevOps, and customer teams to successfully deliver production solutions.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience designing and implementing production cloud infrastructure using AWS and/or Azure.
- 3+ years of Full Stack development experience with strong hands-on Python programming skills.
- Strong experience with Docker and containerization.
- Solid experience with CI/CD and deployment automation using tools such as:
- GitHub Actions
- GitLab CI
- Jenkins
- Azure DevOps
- Strong experience with Git/version control.
- Experience with automated testing, including pytest, unittest, integration tests, and E2E tests.
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- 3+ years of customer/client-facing experience, including leading technical workshops and discussions.
- Strong technical communication and documentation skills.
- Full Stack development experience with Python and TypeScript.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain and Hugging Face.
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.




- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.

AI Engineering Experience

Candidates should have exposure to building production AI solutions involving:

- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Embeddings
- Document chunking
- Indexing
- Vector/semantic retrieval
- Hybrid retrieval pipelines
- LangChain
- Hugging Face
- Production AI application deployment

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience with Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, or Azure AKS.
- Experience with Datadog and/or New Relic.
- Understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Relevant cloud certifications such as:
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect
- Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
