Concentrix is hiring Voice and Non-Voice Executives for its Gurgaon location. We are looking for enthusiastic freshers and experienced candidates with positive English communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

- Handle customer queries through calls

Non-Voice Process
- Handle customer support through chat, email, or backend operations
- Good written English and grammar required
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Versant assessment is mandatory
Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (as per process requirement)
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Salary & Benefits
- ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 in hand per month
- Salary depends on profile and interview performance
