About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, AI-savvy, and results-driven Social Media & AI Content Specialist to manage and grow our digital presence across Instagram and YouTube.

The role involves brainstorming content ideas, researching trends, developing scripts, creating AI-generated visuals and videos, and optimizing content based on performance.

Work Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

- Brainstorm and develop creative content ideas for social media, ads, and organic content.
- Research trending formats, topics, hooks, audio, and content styles relevant to our audience.
- Write engaging scripts, hooks, captions, and ad concepts.
- Generate videos and visual assets using AI tools based on scripts and creative concepts.
- Create effective prompts for AI image and video generation and continuously experiment with new AI workflows.
- Edit and refine AI-generated videos for social media platforms and advertisements.
- Manage and publish content across Instagram and YouTube.
- Monitor content performance and analyze metrics such as reach, engagement, watch time, and audience retention.
- Use performance insights to improve future content and creative strategy.
- Create thumbnails, carousels, and other social media creatives using Canva and similar design tools.




- Stay updated with the latest AI tools, social media trends, platform algorithms, and viral content formats.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media content and what makes content engaging.
- Good scripting, copywriting, and creative storytelling skills.
- Hands-on experience with AI content creation tools such as Google Flow, Kling AI, Midjourney, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, or similar platforms.
- Experience with AI-generated image and video creation is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Canva and video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar.
- Familiarity with Instagram Insights and YouTube Studio.
- Ability to understand content performance and make data-driven improvements.
- Strong communication skills and a good eye for visual aesthetics.
- Portfolio/previous work is required.
