Job Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday.

Office Timing: 9 AM - 6 PM (Currently working on a Trial of Alternate Saturday's Off.)

Basic Requirement:
- Candidate should have minimum 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition (Mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals (i.e. Naukri, Indeed, etc.), social media, references, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment databases, MIS reports, and candidate records.
- Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and HR processes.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Minimum 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates effectively and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience in healthcare, veterinary, pharmaceutical, or service industry recruitment will be an added advantage.
